What it does

- Clients with their usual clean, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Jobs and revenue for each month and for the year
- Revenue by clean type, and unpaid jobs with the money you are owed
- 150 clients, 400 jobs and 10 clean types
How to track a cleaning business in a spreadsheet
- Download the blank workbook below (or the filled example first, to see it work).
- Settings tab: your clean types with base price, per bedroom and per bathroom, and the year.
- Clients tab: name, area, how often you clean and their bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Jobs tab: one row per clean with date, client and clean type; the quote fills in. Mark Paid Yes or No.
- Open the Dashboard tab: jobs and revenue by month, revenue by clean type and money owed.
Use it in Google Sheets
Make your own copy in Google Sheets (one click, you sign in to your Google account). Or upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets. Excel 2010 or newer opens the .xlsx directly.

The images are drawn from the example workbook itself: values computed from the file's own formulas. Example data is fictional.
How we checked it
Every formula was evaluated by a second spreadsheet engine and by LibreOffice Calc (forced recalculation) with 0 errors, and the Google Sheets copy shows 0 error cells. The example's revenue by clean type (10,788) equals its monthly total and the sum of every job price, and the money owed (385) equals the unpaid jobs. We have not opened it in desktop Excel itself; it uses standard functions (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX/MATCH, IFERROR) that Excel supports. If something is wrong, email support@tuper.app.
