A stranger can run a check today; nothing blocks use. 2026-11-02: Fix Kit SELLING: every report page has 'Get the Fix Kit for this report, 9 USD' -> /r/<id>/buy -> Polar checkout (product b38699a5, payments capability on) -> webhook order.paid -> zip from -> /r/<id>/kit download (signed link) + mail via tools/send-reply. One 100% discount e2e passed on a real Polar delivery. Nothing blocks a sale.
