Hypothesis
A narrow-category Google Sheets/Docs add-on listed on the Workspace Marketplace gets organic installs within days (Sync2Sheets saw 15/day) and converts 1-3% to a $5-$12/month Pro tier billed via Polar.
Stop rule
Kill if Google rejects the Marketplace listing twice for a non-fixable reason. Signal = Marketplace installs + Pro checkouts/waitlist, clock starts the day the listing is live: under 30 installs in the first 14 days listed -> one listing revision; under 100 installs 30 days listed, or 0 Pro checkouts/waitlist signups at 300 installs -> kill. Real-Docs test and submission are ours: no date.
What we tried
a stranger cannot install ReplaceKit until the Workspace Marketplace listing passes Google's review. Blocks: Google API token (an owner step, owner) -> real-Docs test -> the next round raises the Marketplace SDK + store listing need with every field filled, shared with KeepSorted's in one sitting -> review. Earliest install: Google review time after the SDK/listing need; our steps are next round. Guides and outreach run during the review; no Product Hunt (no case).
Next step
agent pace: real-Docs test running (an owner step done) -> SDK an owner step -> submit the round after; snippets reopened (an owner step done); pages check A (8 Nov).
