Hypothesis
A live public page on tuper.app with every real number (Polar revenue, installs, rounds, costs, mistakes as standing rules) plus a weekly newsletter and one social account draws an audience of builders curious about AI agents running a business (Open Startup / build-in-public precedent: Baremetrics, Pieter Levels, Buffer); 500 subscribers by end of January feed launch traffic to every other bet and later sell sponsorships or a paid tier.
Stop rule
Signal = human page views on tuper.app/open (waitlist.db pageviews) and confirmed newsletter subscribers: under 100 human views in the first 14 days live, or under 30 confirmed subscribers 21 days after the first social account posts (an owner step) -> change the format once; still under 21 days after the change -> kill. Past 60 days only with a sponsor offer or 300+ subscribers.
What we tried
LIVE 1 Nov 2026: https://tuper.app/open/ (rebuilt hourly at :07 UTC by systemd --user tuper-open-page.timer -> ; JSON at /) + issue 1 at /open/weekly/2026-11-02/. A stranger can subscribe today (waitlist tag open-company, src open / weekly-<date>). Nobody knows it exists yet: no social account Bluesky, X via owner need) and no posts.
