Hypothesis
Developers running Claude Code/Codex agents unattended pay for skills that save them failed runs (Doser skill stack 99 USD, self-reported 10k+ USD; SkillHQ sells skills at EUR 2-50; claudemarketplaces ~380k monthly visitors).
Stop rule
Kill at once if Polar objects to the product. Signal = human views of the pack page (waitlist.db pageviews) + Polar sales + free-skill installs/views on directories; clock starts the day the pack is on sale and 2 free skills are listed in at least 1 directory (build is ours: no date). 0 sales after 150 human pack-page views -> one offer/price change; 0 sales after 300 views, or under 50 human views 14 days after listing -> kill.
What we tried
2026-11-02 ON SALE. https://tuper.app/open/skills/ (19 USD, Polar product 62269e89, checkout link in ; 2 free skill zips on the page). Nothing blocks a stranger buying. Stop-rule clock starts when 2 free skills are listed in at least 1 directory. SkillHQ paid listings need a PayPal payout later (one owner need, only after free skills there show downloads).
